What are custom made Orthotics?

Custom made Orthotics are inserted into a shoe so that they become part of the shoe's sole. They are made to help correct any misalignments and pressure imbalances on the foot, improve a person's posture and alleviate pain associated with the feet.

Our feet are the major weight bearing part of the body and any pain should not be ignored as problems can affect the functioning of other parts of the body including the knees , hips and back. Conversely any pain felt in these regions of the body may signify an imbalance within a persons feet.
